Transition Courses

Seamless Transition to New Aircraft and Avionics

We offer customized one-on-one transition courses to transition to any aircraft or avionics suites.

Whether you’re upgrading to a more powerful aircraft, learning to operate a different type of avionics, or moving to an entirely new aircraft model, our instructors will create a personalized training plan to meet your specific needs.

Why Take a Transition Course?

Transition courses are essential for current pilots who are moving to aircraft with new or more advanced systems. Training with our experienced instructors ensures that you understand the unique handling characteristics, power, and avionics of the new aircraft, allowing you to fly safely and with confidence. These courses are also designed to help you meet the insurance and rental requirements often needed for new aircraft.

Please note our rental requirements, they must be fulfilled before renting a SEFT aircraft without a SEFT instructor.

The successful completion of a SEFT transition course includes a SEFT rental checkout for applicable aircraft.
