Requirements
- Completion of Cirrus SR20 Transition or SEFT-provided SR20 Transition Training Program
- Cirrus SR20 G6 SEFT Checkout
- Student Pilot Certificate:
- Any Student pilot (including solo Student pilots) while under the direct supervision of the Named Insured's Certificated Flight Instructor.
- Student pilots must receive appropriate written endorsements (solo or cross-country) of the students log book for solo flight
- Private Pilot License or higher:
- High Performance Endorsement
- Minimum of 100 hours total time & 5 hours in the SR20; OR minimum of 20 hours in SR20 with a SEFT instructor
- Must be insured with at least $100,000 of Aircraft Damage/Hull Liability Non-Owned coverage.
- This insurance can be obtained through Avemco, AOPA, or similar aviation insurance carriers. This insurance protects you as the operator of the aircraft and is in your name. This insurance is good for any aircraft you rent anywhere and can be obtained on a yearly basis.

- All aircraft rates are dry rates (does not include fuel) and billed based on Hobbs time (engine run time).
- Rental booking priority is given to current students, then former students, then renters.
- There are no commercial operations allowed in our rental aircraft.
- Pilots must fly over 60 days in make and model to be considered current – otherwise they are required to have a currency check with an instructor.
- Aircraft rentals are subject to availability and there is no guarantee that the aircraft will be available on the day you choose due to maintenance or scheduling conflicts.
- SEFT encourages you to contact us when considering or prior to reserving the aircraft that exceeds 24 hours and/or is intended to go outside of Arizona. Renters are reminded that if they are reserving the aircraft under these scenarios, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis, prior written approval is required by contacting our offices at 480-614-1166 and are subject to the discretion of SEFT.
